Rendez-vous

Day one of detox! HAHAHA

Met up with Sara today for a nice long walk, after which we ended up at The Point! On our way there we had a lovely long chat + at one point I realised that if I could go back to form 2/3 I would have taken French + history rather than sciences. With art you can think + be creative, with science on the other hand, there isn’t much thinking, imagination or creativity, just memorising.
After all the time spent in Debenhams, we still need to find a pair of sunglasses for Sara.. + maybe even try build a Pret restaurant! As always, we ended up in the maternity section, + Sara thinks we are meant to be.. :P I shall leave you with Sara’s most sensible motto (more or less) - wherever I go + whatever I do, I know God will provide me with a husband + babIS because he loves me :)

Le vieux le jeune et le mignon

So a few hours ago I walked into the living area + I caught my mother watching.. wait for it.. Wizards of Waverly Place! Haha honestly I don’t like anything that has to do with Disney channel, but I admit I watch that show sometimes. Though what I found more amusing is when after the WWP show finished, they got Miley Cyrus + my mother immediately said she doesn’t like her :) I’m glad about that.

But what really made my day was the news of a panda recently found living in the wild ^^ I hope one day I’ll be able to see one.

Coeur de pirate

If I weren’t scared of deep + dark water, I’d be a pirate with tattoos covering my arms -.#

Je veux tout

The best cookies ever, trust me!
Also, "why must i be a teenager in love" by Dion & the Belmonts, found this quote on Hellogoodbye’s myspace + thought I’d share it. for those who wouldn’t know, im really into music + myspace comes in quite handy when you want to discover new artists!

Well, now its time for a walk in the sunshine.. what’s left of it anyway.

C'est la vie

If you’re reading this, stop for a minute + think of something you want really badly. Be it whatever.
Don’t you get a desperate feeling, you’re heart starts racing "u tibda tiela fawra" (sorry for any miss spelt maltese words)? That’s the feeling I get when I think of what I want to do with my life; become a photographer :) It’s something I’ve wanted to become since I turned thirteen + I honestly can’t see myself doing anything else.. though, a couple of days ago I was talking to Sara + I told her how my life can only go two ways: I’ll either become a strong, successful woman or a sweet + very dedicated nun (seeing as guys are simply impossible to find + I got to a point were I couldn’t be bothered). I’m just so eager to leave this island + study abroad, that its all I’ve been thinking of for the past weeks!
But until then I’m just going to have to live with the little pleasures in life, like cakes, good music, great films + pretty colours ^^
